What an away day here feels like
Not a conference centre. A monumental village house, 15 minutes from Amsterdam.
Your team leaves Amsterdam and a quarter of an hour later you're in Broek in Waterland. In a monumental building from 1775. No suspended ceilings and fluorescent light, but a monumental roof over your head and stories in the walls. In the village with nothing more than the highest density of national monuments in the Netherlands, water and quiet all around you.
A morning session in the Grote Zaal, lunch in the restaurant, a midday brainstorm in the Tuinzaal, drinks on the water aboard De Neeltje. Anything is possible, nothing is required. You set the flow.

Transparent pricing, no surprise invoice
Away day for 2 to 250 people. Everything included.
Away day (full day, 08:40–16:00): around €95 per person, depending on the hall and your choices. Includes coffee/tea/water/soft drinks, lunch from our own kitchen, 2 snacks, use of the hall and free parking.
Budget tight? A half-day (morning or afternoon) €48 pp. Drinks aboard De Neeltje as an add-on for max 8 people. Dinner can be arranged separately — we cook, you only have to sit down.

Our spaces
Seven spaces, no two alike. You can always combine them.
Grote Zaal
Up to 170 people standing.
The heart of the building. Theatre, U-shape, long tables — we set it up to match your programme. Large windows, daylight, wooden beams.
Tuinzaal
Up to 80 people standing.
Calmer, more light. Perfect for a second session or workshop while the Grote Zaal is being reset.
Regentessenkamer
Max 25 people. Intimate.
Original mantelpiece, character from 1775. For strategy sessions with the board, or confidential brainstorms.

Away-day venue 15 min from Amsterdam. In-house kitchen, free parking.

Car, public transport or bike.
Free parking (Nieuwland, 5 min walk). Bus 110/112/314/315/316 from Amsterdam Central, 15 min. Leeteinde 16, 1151 AK.
When you can come
Flexibility as standard.
Wed–Sat from 08:40. Monday and Tuesday by appointment — we close the building off for your day. Outside opening hours always open to discussion.
