Drinks on the terrace or in the lounge corner with colleagues. Or simply on your own, with a mug of coffee and the paper. Het Broeker Huis isn't a restaurant that fits in a box. It is the restaurant of Broek in Waterland. A monumental building, honest food, no fuss. Open Wednesday through Sunday.

Dinner on Friday and Saturday 17:00–21:00.
On Thursdays the dinner menu stays stays put a little longer, but you can still make a reservation for De Donderdaghap: every Thursday between 18:00 and 20:00 you pull up a chair for a good plate of food for €12.50. One evening, one dish, every Thursday.
