Our heritage building in Broek in Waterland, fifteen minutes from Amsterdam, is no conference centre. No hotel ballroom. Nothing over the top. It's a House. With floor boards that creak and stories in the walls. A courtyard with trees and the easy-going feel of a community center. With us, you celebrate in style without having to show off.
Our food is seasonal, honest & kissed by open fire. Monumental halls and a Courtyard. No fixed packages or must-do's. From toasts to tears — and everything in between.

Up to 100 guests. Flexibly arranged for lunch, dinner or drinks. Mon & Tue exclusive use.

What does a party cost?
Three scenarios. For a bit of direction and a rough idea. The courtyard? Always included.
Dinner or lunch
10–80 guests
Drinks on arrival, three or four courses, wine on the table. From birthday to anniversary — the food is the star. From ~€75 per person including drinks. Room hire from €215 per session.
Party
50–175 guests
Snacks on arrival, dancing, drinks, bitterballen at midnight. A band, a DJ or Spotify — your choice. From ~€50 per person including drinks. Room hire from €485 per session.
Family day or children's party
20–60 guests
Start in the afternoon with coffee and cake, a jazzed-up reception with seasonal soup or fries. And be home in time for Sesame Street. From ~€35 per person including drinks. Room hire from €285 per session.

Getting here
15 minutes by bus from Central Station. Half an hour by bike. Free parking at the Nieuwland.
Getting married
Het Broeker Huis is an official wedding venue. The registrar marries you here. We take care of the paperwork.
Stay the night
A B&B on the courtyard. Two bedrooms, your own kitchen, a bathroom. Crawl from bar to bed.
Guided tour
Come and see. Wander through the halls, walk across the courtyard and feel if it's a fit.
