May. The month of art at home — literally. The Kunstroute art trail turns Broek upside down for two days: fifty artists in gardens, studios and living rooms, two hundred and fifty schoolchildren joining in, and a Saturday evening with live music and a daily special. On Sunday, Pandu drums the little ones around the world. Filmhuis screens on the first Thursday this month, Alma & Lena dance on the last Sunday, and on the 31st you SUP across the water in the morning and dive into motherhood in the evening.

June & July. Summer months — long light, warm water and the Dutch national team on screen. The Netherlands kick off against Japan on 14 June, with Tunisia to follow in the small hours of the 25th. In between, you SUP with Rik & Dylan along the Broek canals, the Havenrak turns into Broekelicious, and the Ouderensoos seniors' club keeps dealing the cards — summer or no summer. The Kruipcafé crawls on, Alma & Lena dance and the daily special is ready every Thursday.
